Help with Mnemos, from the people who build it.
Email contact@unitnetwork.io. A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within two business days. There is no phone queue and no chatbot in front of us.
Mnemos holds personal material, so tell us what happened rather than sending us your data. We will ask if we genuinely need more.
Never send passwords, recovery codes, banking credentials, or API keys by email. We will never ask you for them.
Mnemos uses passkeys, so there is no password to reset. Sign-in happens in your browser, using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. If the passkey does not appear, confirm you are signing in to the same server that issued it, and that iCloud Keychain or your password manager is enabled on the device.
If you have lost every device holding your passkey, contact us. There is no automated recovery: the security of passkey-only sign-in comes precisely from there being no back door.
Check that Mnemos still has permission under Settings › Privacy & Security › Health on your iPhone, and that health sync is enabled in Mnemos. Mnemos reads only energy, dietary protein, body weight, body fat, and sleep. Health data is unavailable in the iOS Simulator and syncs only on a physical device.
Notifications must be enabled in Mnemos under Settings › Notifications, and allowed for Mnemos in iOS Settings. Mnemos does not send marketing notifications — a notification arrives only when something you asked it to watch produces one. If you signed out or your session expired, re-enable notifications after signing back in.
Every answer cites the material it drew on, so open the citations first — the source is often the surprise. You can correct a stored fact directly, and you can report a bad answer from within the app, which attaches the diagnostic record we need to investigate.
Email us from the address associated with your account. We will delete your account, vault, and records within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Self-service deletion is not available yet.
Mnemos can export your data from within the app. The export covers your own material; it is not a full backup of the service.
Mnemos is in private beta. We are not accepting general sign-ups yet, and access is by invitation. If something is broken, telling us is genuinely useful at this stage.
